ALL THE LIGHTS IN THE SKY - GURREN LAGANN FANBOOK - NOW OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS UNTIL I HAVE ENOUGH TO MAKE IT!

All the Lights in the Sky will be a full color Gurren Lagann fanzine that I will be printing a short run of this Winter to practice making color print stuff. Just something fun for folks who are into that there animu. (And to give me something to print besides my own stuff between now and PDA’s deadline.)

Specifically, I am looking for strange or otherwise atypical Gurren Lagann fanart, which isn’t to say I think just plain fanart isn’t interesting - just that there is a specific vibe I’m going for. Feel entirely free to ask me for examples + an explanation of what I mean, via ask or via email, if you are uncertain. That said, my personal taste is very very very wide, I will likely be alright with whatever you give me.

Info:

- Illustrations and comics are permitted. Must be your own work, obviously. Drawings you’ve already done prior to this zine are also permitted if they’re awesome enough. If you feel that an article - or something written - that you have created, fits the criteria, feel free to talk to me about integrating it into the book.

- SUBMISSIONS MUST BE FINISHED. FINISHED. It’s alright if it’s a sort of minimal piece or if you have a sketchy style as long as it looks like thought and consideration went into it.

- 400dpi, 8x11 ratio. If you have drawings you’ve already done that are not that ratio, don’t be discouraged, you can still send them to me, I’ll figure it out.

- Send all pieces to okayaudrey at gmail dot com, you can label it “ATLITS” or “gurren lagann fanart” or “use my animes in your zine you butt hole”, any of these is fine.
